“GYLD China Tour”: Exploring Cultural Inheritance in Honghe, Yunnan

From June 16th to 19th,"GYLD China Tour - Honghe" visiting activity took place in Honghe, Yunnan. The event aimed to implement the spirit of General Secretary of the Communist Party of China （CPC）Central Committee Xi Jinping's"Global Civilization Initiative" and contribute to the creative transformation and innovative development of excellent traditional cultures from various countries in the process of modernization. It also aimed to strengthen cultural exchanges among the youth of countries that possess world terraced culture, promoting understanding and cooperation.

The activity invited more than ten young representatives from Indonesia, South Korea, the Philippines, Peru, Russia, Sri Lanka, Thailand, and Vietnam, countries that have representative terraced cultures and are recognized as World Cultural Heritage sites, to visit Honghe and engage in exchanges and visits.
